Parasites in the human body: symptoms

Hello everyone, dear readers! Today the topic will be slippery and not very pleasant, but very relevant. I decided to dedicate it to parasites, which are frequent "inhabitants" of our organisms. Just imagine that a stormy life is currently taking place in your blood, intestines and under the skin. B-rr! The man will shudder at the thought.

But today it has been scientifically proven that half the world's population is a carrier of worms, of which there are about 200 species and "races". That is, theoretically, you also belong to the risk group. You see, we donate tests not so often. We live for ourselves, we go to work, to cafes and movies and we seem to feel good. . .

Please wait. Is it OK? And chronic fatigue and a weird wet cough that doesn’t go away for months, don’t bother you, diarrhea and constipation and other interruptions in the gastrointestinal tract? It's the same! But this is one of the signs of the presence of worms. Parasites in the human body cause a variety of symptoms. I also tried to summarize them in today’s post.

Long, round, straight and others

What human parasites do you know? Worms? It's a generic name. But the varieties are a huge slippery cluster. Let’s split that up so we know who we’re going to fight.

Helminth under a microscope
  • The largest group are roundworms that live in the digestive system. These include roundworms, side scrapers, whips, earthworms and some others. Their photos can be seen on the Internet "in stock". They come to us because of notorious unwashed hands, as well as unprocessed and dirty fruits and vegetables from poorly cooked meat and fish. If you have a cat or dog at home, then the likelihood of worms appearing is much higher.
  • The second type are tapeworms: broad tapeworm, echinococcus, pork and bovine tapeworm. These helminths are much larger than the previous ones. Some wide strips can be longer than 25 meters! Such worms can eat the whole body, absorbing the surface of the substance you need. They do not have a specific area of residence in the body because they glide freely through the body, infiltrating both the brain and the bone marrow. You can get infected if you eat lightly fried meat or half-baked fish. That's why I never buy these products in spontaneous markets, "out of hand", because the sellers of these outlets have obviously not heard of any veterinary control.
  • Subcutaneous parasites (filamentous nematodes, heartworms) live under human skin. You can catch them in hot countries, for example in Africa or India, from flies, mosquitoes or bed bugs. They are often visible: on the skin you will see an unusual protrusion that will be pressed to escape under the finger.
  • Influenza worms: fascilopsis, hepatic fluke and others. Their habitat is intestines, liver, pancreas. The source is uncooked contaminated water, lightly salted, raw, poorly cooked fish.
  • Tissue worms. They are located and parasitize in various tissues of our body, in muscles, brain, connective tissues. You can infect wild and domestic animals: pigs, cats, horses, ducks and chickens.

Parasites in the human body: symptoms

Theoretically, each of the above species can carry out its invisible attacks from within at this point, and you don't even know it. Many live with worms inside and literally allow them to devour for years, until a random analysis or physical examination by a doctor reveals their eggs in your analyzes. These are silent pests that not only feed on you, but also have time to multiply and release toxins.

I wanted to get a test coupon right away, right? But first, check for indirect signs of their presence. Just don’t panic right away and don’t diagnose yourself. Many of these symptoms overlap with other medical conditions.
So you probably have worms if:

  1. You are suddenly anemic. Has the normal hemoglobin level dropped significantly before? This may indicate that helminths are the ones who steal iron.
  2. You are often nauseous for no reason and have unusual abdominal pain. A detailed ultrasound examination of infected patients reveals numerous microcracks, ulcers, wounds on the intestinal mucosa and other organs. This can cause inflammation and pain.
  3. Now diarrhea, now constipation. Are you eating as usual and the nature of the discharge has changed significantly? Constipation can be caused by giant worms or small worms that weave into a ball. They close the feces opening like cork. Well, diarrhea is caused by microhelminths that destroy sodium and chlorides that are responsible for the normal consistency of feces, diluting it.
  4. Breaks body, bones and joints. Worms can cause inflammation in the periarticular muscles and, as a result, discomfort.
  5. Acne, eczema, warts and other skin problems, as well as nail and hair decay, are caused by toxins released by parasites. Your liver cannot process so many harmful substances that it affects your skin and hair.
  6. Excessive weight loss or rapid weight gain. Worms deprive us of a lot of useful substances, losing them - we lose weight significantly, but they also eat sugar - and due to its lack we occasionally take a bite and gain weight.
  7. Gas release and bloated stomach.
  8. Grinding teeth. They say that this is one of the most obvious signs, because in sleep our body is relaxed and asleep, and worms do not sleep, so an unconscious reaction occurs - grit your teeth and gnash.
  9. Poor immunity. Its decline is due to the fact that the body has now thrown off all its defenses against parasites, and there is simply no power for other viruses coming from outside.
  10. Drowsiness, lethargy, apathy and irritability with normal diet and rest. Worms brazenly steal almost all the minerals and nutrients we need: potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium. Their deficiency affects the nervous system and well-being.
  11. Itching. It usually intensifies at night, when worms accumulate in the anus and lay eggs. Doctors say we can meet worms “face to face” at night, catching them in dirty jobs.
  12. Incomprehensible cough without a cold.
Parasites

So, did you find 4-5 symptoms? To be honest, neither am I. And that means only one thing - it's time to go to the hospital with a therapist, infectious disease specialist, immunologist or parasitologist. After a detailed examination, you will be prescribed the necessary medication.

Parasites in the human body: expulsion

Prepare to treat your whole family. And the rest of your household is probably infected, because the parasites are transmitted very quickly through personal hygiene items, household items and dishes.

Despite the fact that all worm medicines in pharmacies are sold freely and without a prescription, you do not have to choose them yourself. Some of them act only on a certain type of worm and are completely useless against others. In addition, these drugs have a number of contraindications.

Garlic parasite prophylaxis

There is also widespread treatment with folk remedies, which were used by our grandmothers, when there were no pills and pharmacies.
Now doctors recommend combining such home treatment with doctor's prescriptions, so we use all the herbs described below only for prevention.

  • Anise infusion is good to add to a hot bath. After sitting in it for about half an hour, you will get rid of a small handful of worms. I just can’t stand the pungent smell of this plant penetrating your skin, but you’ll have to endure a bit.
  • Ordinary sorrel kills parasites with its acid. Therefore, chew the washed leaves freely in spring and summer.
  • Ordinary raw pumpkin seeds are excellent helminths.
  • Pumpkin seeds to remove parasites from the body
  • Drink an infusion of oak bark (200 ml - 2 tablespoons).
  • Tansy also has a good antiparasitic effect. To prepare the soup, pour a tablespoon of its flowers with a glass of boiling water and insist in a closed thermos for 4 hours. Take the medicinal mixture, pre-filtered, 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times daily before meals.
  • Eat more garlic, onions and horseradish. Worms are similar to their pungent odors of death, and at the same time you will correct your broken immunity.

Don’t think that one fine day all the parasites will voluntarily leave your body in a friendly formation. They will live inside for a very long time and feed on you, so it is better to start expelling them immediately, otherwise in a couple of years you will get gray, earthy skin, brittle hair, digestive problems and lack of all useful minerals. They will eat you alive, so don’t let them!
